Fitness & being active is such a huge part of my life! Having completed my Bachelor of Human Movement, being a specialised Personal Trainer & Health Coach for over a decade, as well as working with leading Health and Fitness experts (including the number one, Michelle Bridges), some would say I know a thing or hundred on health, fitness and the body.
My approach to fitness & training is simple and wholesome. It is all about balance. About training for health and vitality, as well as long levity, meanwhile achieving and maintaining that lean, vibrant, tight body.
