Today the beautiful Keira Rumble, also known as Krumble, shares a few of her favorite, delicious and healthy snacks with us!
Keira Rumble is an inspiring foodie living in North Bondi. She is a lover of life, the beach, healthy food and fitness. Her mission is to make naughty food deliciously healthy.
She fits perfectly with our Neyku Brand (and she also looks stunning in our bikinis)!
Take it away Keira…
Okay so my favorite snacks are:
My Garlic Roasted Hummus with Veggie Sticks.
It is great as it keeps for a good 2 weeks and is extremely low carb/cal.

The next is probably Tamari Pepitas
I love this little snack as it is easy to make, keeps for a good week and is so yummy. It is high in fat, but good fats and all you need is a small handful to get you through your little arvo munchies!
150g sunflower seeds
1/4 cup tamari sauce
pinch of sea salt
Heat a non stick fry pan over a medium heat. Lightly toast your pepitas and sunflower seeds until golden and ‘popping’.
Remove from the heat and pour in 1/4 cup of tamari sauce over the delightfully golden goodies.
Stir around with a wooden spoon and pour out onto a lined tray of baking paper.
Let them cool down and sprinkle with a bit of sea salt.
Pop in an air tight container and enjoy!!
The next is my Coconut Blueberry Shake – this is perfect for my morning breakfast when I am in a rush – or post workout after the gym!

These Protein Power Bars are great too. They give me so much energy and are so yummy. Although I do opt for the ‘more’ naughtier version most times!
I am a massive snacker, and actually have more little meals throughout the day rather than 3 big ones. So my main snacks/meals are little bean salads, egg omelette rolls, boiled eggs, steamed fish with ginger wrapped in bok choy. I mix it up!
Make sure you visit Keira’s beautiful Website and social pages. You will not regret it!
